원급 - 비교급 - 최상급 ; 성질/정도의 차이를 나타낸다 

 

Example>

 I am better than you.

 My house is bigger than yours.

 

Exercise>

A: 거기 뭐 타고 갈거야? --> What transportation method will you use?

B: 차 몰고 갈거야. --> I will drive my car.

A: 왜? 버스나 기차가 싼데. --> Why?

    The fare of a bus or train is cheaper than your car. (X)

                     --> 비교 대상이 동동하지 않아서 틀린 문장.

     이렇게 --> Using a bus or train is cheaper than driving your car.  (O)
