접속사

1) 단어와 단어, 어구와 어구, 문장과 문장을 동일 관계로 연결하는 등위접속사(Coordinating conjunctions)

일명 F.A.N.B.O.Y.S.E.

For ~해서, And 그리고, Nor ~도 아닌, But 그러나, Or 또는, Yet 그러나, So 그래서, Except~를 제외하고

2) 문장과 문장을 주종관계로 연결시키는 종속 접속사(Subordinating conjunctions)

주절은 자체로 문장이 되지만, 종속절은 추가적인 정보를 제공하며 독립적인 문장이 될 수 없다.

종속 접속사는 등위 접속사보다 그 종류가 많고 기능이 다양하다.

시간을 나타내는 접속사	when(때), whenever/every time/each time(~할 때마다), while(~하고있는 동안), before(~전에), by the time(~하기까지), until(~할 때까지), after(~이후에), since(~이래로), as soon as/the moment/the instant/directly(하자마자)
원인/이유를 나타내는 접속사	because(왜냐하면 ~여서/해서), since/as/seeing that(그래서), now that(~이므로), on (the) grounds that (~를 이유로)
가정/조건을 나타내는 접속사	if/on condition that/supposing (that) in case(만약), as(/so) long as(~이기만/하기만 하면), unless(만약 ~이 아니라면)
목적을 나타내는 접속사	in order that/so that/that(~하기 위해), lest/for fear (that)(~하지 않도록), in case (~ 할 경우에 대비해)
양보	though/although(~일지라도), even if[3]/even though(비록 ~일지/할지라도)[4], while(~이되/하되, ~하는 한편), as (~에도 불구하고[5])
양태	as/like[6](~처럼), as if/as though(마치 ~처럼)
범위를 나타내는 접속사	as far as(~의 범위에서)

* 장소 전치사를 자주 틀리는구나. at a club과 in a club의 차이점이라...뭘까

dancing을 하는 행동을 하는게 club 내부이니까 in 이 더 맞는것 같다.
